Executive Assistant

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our collaborative and dynamic company and support our Executive Management team.

The Executive Assistant will play a key role in our collective success by problem-solving, thinking creatively, and managing the busy diaries of our company’s Executives. You will have a meaningful impact by enabling colleagues and management to operate efficiently.

  • High level of flexibility and adaptability
  • Flawless communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise a changing workload
  • The ability to work under pressure and reach deadlines
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • The ability to work autonomously but also adapt to team cooperation
  • Liaising with clients, colleagues and other EAs
  • The ability to manage Executives’ email inbox and send appropriate and timely responses
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Strong business and commercial acumen
  • The ability to communicate with and present to senior management and executives
  • The ability to build relationships at all levels across the business and with external contacts including greeting visitors and clients
  • Attending meetings with executives and scribing minutes
  • Representing in meetings and reporting back with actions
  • Drafting, writing and research skills
  • Arranging travel and booking accommodation
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, preferably Google Suites
  • Based in London or commutable distance to London
