We’re on the lookout for an ambitious and driven Software QA to join our dynamic and interdisciplinary family. You will play a key role in helping maintain and further enhance the quality of our ground-breaking software, ensuring the smooth implementation of our client requirements and product development.

Your mission: 

• Assessing software quality through manual and automated testing; finding and reporting bugs and glitches
• Reviewing and analysing system specifications
• Creating test plans, executing test scripts and reviewing results
• Capturing test results and updating test cases/test plans
• Reporting and documenting bugs and technical issues
• Working both individually and as part of a team to estimate, prioritise, plan and coordinate testing activities
• Overseeing product quality inspection and testing conformance to specifications
• Assisting operations by tracking, documenting and reporting quality levels 
• Investigating product quality issues and ensuring resolution in accordance with functional requirements 
• Maintaining problem logs, reporting issues to managers, and if required, help troubleshoot alongside developers

What we’d like from you: 

• You have a degree in computer science or other related degrees
• You have high attention to detail
• You are a strong thinker, creative problem solver and an efficient doer
• You excel at writing clean and comprehensible test cases and plans
• You can effectively identify and analyse software problems
• You have knowledge of appropriate testing & service management tools (e.g., TestRail, Jira and Confluence)
• You possess the ability to work well in a team but are also independent and self-driven and well-organised
• You’re boundlessly curious and have the ability and desire to learn new techniques and perform multiple tasks
