Mark spent nine years in GxP environments, including six years as a CSV specialist, prior to joining Autolomous. He is detail-oriented and possesses deep expertise in authoring risk-based validation strategies for complex systems like eQMS, EDC, and CTMS. While he previously held CSV lead roles at KCR and MedPharm, he has now extended his focus to head our internal validation function, where he manages large-scale projects and ensures regulatory compliance across our diverse client collaborations.

Juan specialises in architecting and deploying robust cloud-based systems using AWS and GCP, consistently optimising for efficiency and scalability. He has a proven track record of delivering scalable and high-performance applications, ranging from media content delivery systems to data-intensive research platforms and interactive educational environments. Driven by a passion for innovation, he actively explores the integration of AI-driven solutions, particularly generative AI, into web applications.

Monika bringing over five years of business analysis experience, with expertise built upon a strong academic science background and laboratory experience, providing her with the necessary context for the regulated CGT space. Monika has been a key contributor to the development of core autoloMATE® services. She specializes in translating client requirements into new product features, leading platform training sessions, and ensuring the product meets rigorous quality standards, as well as overseeing configuration and technical implementation.
